Cass-Art provides creative consulting and personal development services through artistic activities and interactive workshops. All services are provided as described on the site and may only be modified by written agreement of both parties.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe Cass-Art's intellectual property rights, and to use the services exclusively for legal purposes. Any breach may lead to suspension of access without prior notice.
Cass-Art undertakes to provide services with professional diligence, maintain the confidentiality of user data, and update the terms whenever necessary, with prior notification to users by publication on the site.
Cass-Art shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the services. Cass-Art's total liability is limited to the value of services purchased in the last 12 months.
Payments are made in full in advance, according to the issued invoice. Refunds are possible only in the event of cancellation of a workshop at least 48 hours before it starts, with a 10% commission deducted from the total amount.
The user may request termination of access at any time by written notice to the email address info@cass-art.com. Cass-Art reserves the right to terminate access immediately in case of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice being required.
